TDL WOD# 5: At The Park

Our park is just down the street, making it easy to just stroll down and get a workout in. Sometimes, I can even bring the kids with while I do this workout. Its a good one to when working on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).

50 Yard Sprint

15 X Hanging Leg Raises

15 X Swing Push up Body Saws

15x Box Jumps onto Bench

50 Yard Sprint

Perform 3- 4 rounds with 3-4 Minutes Rest in between Rounds. Currently working on an exercise bank for all Park exercises. Stay tuned.
